The BURG Maxivo.Code is an electronic keypad lock for lockers and cabinets for indoor use – particularly suitable for semi-public areas with many changing users, such as hotels, schools, universities, leisure facilities, and staff changing rooms.

  • Robust design (zamak housing) and stainless steel buttons, making the electronic keypad lock suitable for daily, intensive use in high-traffic areas.
  • 4- or 6-digit code length, allowing you to adjust the security level and user convenience to suit the application.
  • High code capacity (up to 999,999 combinations), ensuring the keypad lock remains scalable for locker solutions with many users.
  • LED status/locking indicator, enabling users to quickly identify the lock status and receive reliable confirmation of their entries.
  • For wooden & metal doors (indoor) with adjustable latch, allowing flexible installation on typical locker and cabinet doors (max. door thickness 19 mm, latch rotatable in 90° increments).

FAQ

For which applications is the lock particularly suitable?
For semi-public indoor areas with many changing users – e.g. hotel and guest areas, schools/universities, sports and leisure facilities, as well as staff changing rooms.

What is the difference between multiuser and private mode?
In multiuser mode, codes are valid for a single locking operation and are deleted upon reopening; in private mode, stored codes are used and non-stored codes are rejected.

Which code lengths are possible?
The lock can be set to 4- or 6-digit codes.

Which doors/lockers are compatible?
Suitable for wooden and metal doors in indoor areas; the maximum door thickness is 19 mm.

Is there anything to consider regarding the battery?
The lock is factory-approved for VARTA (CR123A) batteries; other brands may cause functional issues. When using the RTC functions, settings may be lost if the batteries are removed.
